LaShonda Richardson, MPH, CCHW is a seasoned Public Health Consultant, Educator, Certified Community Health Worker, and Corporate Quality Professional with over a decade of experience in health promotion, training, and wellness event planning. With a background that spans both community-based work and the pharmaceutical industry, she brings a unique blend of cultural competency, strategic planning, and wellness innovation to every project she leads.

As the founder of EMERGE Public Health & Wellness Solutions LLC, LaShonda offers a one-stop resource for businesses, organizations, and community leaders looking to host impactful health fairs, wellness events, trainings, and educational programs—without the stress of managing it alone.

Through EMERGE, she partners with nonprofits, HBCUs, public agencies, churches, and companies to create meaningful, measurable wellness experiences that uplift, inform, and empower. Whether serving as a facilitator, speaker, or both, LaShonda delivers high-quality, culturally relevant health education with strategic impact.
